Hi you!
Welcome to Jasmin Egner | Life Leadership. This is a publication about what happens when we stop performing and start speaking our truth.
I’m Jasmin Egner (she/her), a Life Leadership Coach writing from the messy middle of life. By that I mean burnt out midlife, sick and tired of putting on a happy or brave face when all I want to do is run away. There, said it.
This space is for those who’ve spent years trying to hold it together, only to realise we were never meant to carry so much in silence. I’m re-writing my own narrative that to have something worthwhile to share I’ve got to be ready. I’m not ready, and I’m also not willing to silence myself any longer.
Here, I write about the power of finding and using your voice, shaky as it may be. Especially when that voice has been quieted, leading to decades of masking, people-pleasing, chronic illness, trauma. Here, we explore and talk about carrying the weight of being a kind person in an often unkind world, and we celebrate showing up *while* we’re figuring it out.
This is not a space for curated perfection or inspirational fluff. It’s for the real, the raw, and the quietly revolutionary act of saying: “This is who I am. This is what I need. This is what I have to say.”
You don’t have to be loud to be heard. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be real. And you have to talk to people who have the capacity to actually hear you.
If you’re craving real talk where honesty isn’t brutal while you’re figuring out how to do the second half of life, you're exactly in the right place.

Never miss an update - every new post is sent directly to your email inbox.
I’ll be posting once a week, and there’s a podcast coming too. I have to figure out if that will change the frequency of posts, but for now just know that I won’t bombard you. I simply don’t have the energy!

One thing that helps people like me put ourselves out there is the knowledge that what we are sharing is needed and wanted. Now, deep down I know it is, but like many others I have impostor syndrome. So if you want to help me in return, I want to invite you to be an active part of this community. Participate in the comments section, or support this work with a subscription, so I can see you’re out there getting value from my work. Because helping you do your thing is a big part of why I’m doing this.
